Sweet rewards, we created delicious chocolate sculptures for auction to raise funds for CHOC the Childhood Cancer Foundation. A collaboration with sponsors Clare Ras of Sprigs the Food shop in Kloof, and Eric Berulier the French chocolatier fromwww.capsicumcooking.com/ Culinary School.
The solid chocolate creations created using the silicone molds, used by Helena for her original Limited Edition bronze works 
Cracking open molds...each one is like unwrapping a gift. This bronze being released from the ceramic shell waste mold, is of Mother Teresa, emerging into reality
